Store Opening
Both opening and renovation of a Store are delicate and sensitive tasks to take care of from a logistic perspective.
Our aim is to coordinate all involved players such as Brand Project Managers, Suppliers and General Contractors regarding documentation, transport management and last mile services.

Our focal points to achieve excellence are:
➤ Preliminary analysis of the project in order to provide information about estimates of transport costs, necessary documentation for a correct custom flow and door to door timing of transport.
➤ Assistance from day one for the organization of shipments by directly taking charge of the interaction with the customer’s suppliers.
➤ Coordination of the project with Project Manager Suppliers General Contractors for the respect of the time of construction site or equipment delivery to the shops for rollout showcases.
➤ Direct coordination with Brand’s Foreign Offices to send documentation and notification of goods arrival.
➤ Customs Import and Last Mile Management where required, including Storage at local Warehouses for on demand deliveries to the Yard/Store.
➤ Track and trace of individual shipments can be directly consulted by involved Brands Departments.
➤ IT Tools for goods storage and to support the Brand’s Accounting Department in issuing export documents (Pro Forma etc.).
